Hey there fellow book worm! I want to talk to you about my BEST fitness books. Reading is learning, and whether it is Nutrition, Diet, Exercise or Mindset there are so many GREAT books to choose from.
Personally, I like variety. Too much of one particular subject and they start to blend together. I am a HUGE fan of books that talk about Self Development and Mindset. Books that you put down and feel the urge to get up and JUST DO IT!

You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life
by Jen Sincero (Author)
You are a Badass is a really refreshing read. A light hearted and entertaining take on Self Help and Motivation. A lot of the Books I read are humorless and factual, whereas I loved the blunt & often funny advice Jen gives! An EXCELLENT motivational book that inspired me to look at myself and change what I didn't love.

Finding Ultra

Firstly, what a name! Rich Roll - Love it! This book is FANTASTIC. It has it all. Rich is an absolute LEGEND. Whilst I don't share all of his beliefs and approaches, it is hard not to improve your own Self Belief after reading this book. I cannot even imagine how physically and mentally fit Rich must be to endure the Ultraman competition. Immense!

There is some seriously impressive facts and knowledge in this book. The SCIENCE of nutrition: Calories, Fat, Carbs. Is it a fun read? No, not really. Is it an interesting Diet book, ABSOLUTELY! It definitely open my eyes to eating food that is better for my body. Supplement the knowledge of this book with a good fitness plan and you are on the right track.

It may be my dark humor, but i would buy this for the title alone. LOL. The author is renowned in his field and this book shows his in-depth knowledge. He looks at the top 15 reasons for premature death and explains how lifestyle & nutrition change can help OVERCOME these. Lots of practical advice on offer with this TOP SELLING Diet book.
The 4-Hour Body

Having read the 4 hour week business book I was quite surprised when i saw this, with more focus on fitness, exercise & Mindset. Tim Ferriss destroys his goals and has a way of writing that is fun, informative and enjoyable. This book has over 50 topics,using tests to prove.. You don't need better genetics or more discipline. You need immediate results that compel you to continue. GREAT Book.
The Keto Diet: The Complete Guide to a High-Fat Diet

Now I am not endorsing the Keto Diet, it is a program I need to test more. However, I have read this book and I have to say its well worth it. One of the Top Selling Keto Diet books, it is rammed full of GREAT information. Working on the premise that healthy fats HELP our body BURN fat is intriguing and worth looking at. The author provides the Tools, Recipes & Meal Plans to get you started.
Whether you are looking for Inspiration or scientific facts, there are some AMAZING Fitness Books available. I love to curl up and read, but when I am short on time I use AUDIBLE whilst commuting back & forth to work. I’m not completely obsessed, I do listen to all sorts of other Book genres, but fitness is my PASSION. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking one book knows everything, one opinion is right. Read opposing views. Try the Weight loss recipes and gruelling regimes. See for yourself, and choose a combination that works for YOU.
